Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Management of Production Lines:
- Have a good technical, mechanical and electromechanical knowledge to be able to guide operators and federate their skills.
- Ensure the smooth running of the two French fries production lines.
- Coordinate production teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Carry out regular inspections and intervene in the event of malfunctions.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze and improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data analysis methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Report at KPI meetings
- Safety and Quality:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Collaborate with quality teams to ensure product conformity.
- Train and raise staff awareness of good manufacturing practices, safety and line knowledge.
- Provide technical support and help resolve technical problems in real time.
Profile required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, or related field.
- Previous experience in a food production environment, preferably in the frozen food industry.
- Analytical approach and technical skills, able to determine and solve a technical problem on his/her own.
- Knowledge of how production lines work (and be open to training in this area).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to pass on knowledge.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and good manufacturing practices.
- Willingness to work in a continuous production environment (24/7).
