On Sunday , March 22, 2026, Ecofrost is organizing La PERPER by bike between Ecofrost Peruwelz and Ecofrost PΓ©ronne.
On the agenda: 95 km, a day together, and a clear objective
π strengthen ties between colleagues, between countries and between teams.
π Full bike ride for the most motivated
π It's possible to do this by alternating in pairs!
π Arrival at Ecofrost France with a friendly moment and a tour of the site
This project originated from an idea by the sales teams , but it is open to anyone who wants to experience a collective sporting activity.
β οΈ This is not a race.
π― It's a team challenge.
πͺ So, are you up for a challenge?

The final organization will be adjusted depending on the number of participants.
P.S.: Athletes on the weekend teams can switch teams for the night shift or, if they wish, take time off work. There's no obligation, but if you'd like to, we can make arrangements.

During the last CPPT, we discussed the fact that it is currently colder than usualβοΈ, in addition to the commissioning of the air conditioning in the buffers and the fact that all the airlocks are not yet completely closed.
To improve your comfort, we are implementing a one-off promotion on underpants πβ¨:
We will buy thermal underpants (Decathlon type) for each employee working in the factory who wants one.
π This is a one-time purchase and is not part of the Ecofrost outfit; washing will be done on your own initiative.
We are doing our best to receive them quickly, with availability expected no later than mid-February π¦.

ποΈ A great milestone for the Ecofrost project in PΓ©ronne
On Wednesday, we inaugurated the natural gas network at the PΓ©ronne site , carried out with Gazelec .
This is a key step to prepare for the start of production in March 2026 and to continue to move the project forward, in concrete terms.
This moment is above all the result of the work of many teams, both on the ground and in support, and of good collaboration with our local partners.

NEW INSTALLATION TO TRANSFORM OUR WATER π§
Good news! Today, we commissioned a brand new installation capable of making the water from our wastewater treatment plant β¦ drinkable !
In practical terms, this technology allows us to produce 40,000 liters of drinking water every hour , the equivalent of filling 240 bathtubs . Not bad, right? π
And of course, this high-quality water will allow us to support the production of even more delicious fries ! πβ¨

β It provides a clear view of the test results carried out on the samples upon arrival of the trucks.
β It makes the work of controllers easier and allows for even more precise detection of potential quality problems.
β It also gives production operators a real-time overview of the quality of potatoes in each silo.
